Cancellation Policy:

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the session cost.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the session cost.

No Offer Combinations:

• Promotional offers, discounts, and specials cannot be combined.

Referral Discount:

• The referral discount and credit applies only to 60-minute or longer massage sessions and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Session Termination:

• Sessions may be ended immediately at the sole discretion of the massage therapist due to inappropriate behavior or misconduct. This includes, but is not limited to sexual misconduct, which will not be tolerated and is taken very seriously. In such cases, the full session cost will still be owed.

Gift Certificates and Credits:

• Gift certificates and credits cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used within their expiration date.

• Gift certificates may not be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.

Late Arrivals:

• Clients arriving late will have their session shortened to respect the next appointment’s time slot, and the full session price will still apply.

Promotional Offers:​

• Specials are limited-time only and subject to change without notice.

Eligibility:

• Discounts and promotions apply to individual clients and cannot be transferred or shared.

Health Disclosures:

• Clients must disclose relevant health information during intake. The therapist reserves the right to decline treatment if deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
